Technical Credits can be used for project work, changes, implementations upgrades and range of IT but non support related occurrences.
Pre paid and discounted engineering time to be used for those tasks outside of break fix support or managed services including:
- Additional resource or hands to the pump possibly for rollouts or office moves. Upgrades, project work or implementations of new equipment
- Possibly you might want a specific skill for a task or simply you may want to cover periods of staff absence for holidays or sickness.
- Credits are valid for up to, two years and discounts are given for bulk.
